This is my Everyday Athlete; 3 Day High Intensity Functional Fitness Split. 3 Full Body Circuits working on functional strength & endurance- if you want to train more than 3 times a week you can simply reuse any of these circuits again instead of a rest day! All you need for this program is a Kettlebell, Slam Ball and a Skipping Rope. Get your workout done in 45 minutes or less while hitting all of the muscle groups, improving cardiovascular fitness & plyometrics. Whether you train in a Martial Art, play team sports or complete any activities that require you to be fit, fast and functional- this program is for you! Tailor this program to you by 1/ Adjusting the weight of your kettlebell and 2/ Adjusting the length of your rest between exercises/rounds. If you’re a beginner or not feeling your fittest at the moment, start with a light kettlebell, 1-2 minute rests between exercises & 2-3 minute rests in between rounds. If you’re feeling fit and confident, use a heavier kettlebell & take 30-45 second rests between exercises & 1-2 minute rests between rounds.
